Welcome to Alejandralandia

I spend a lot of time in my head. Daydreaming, overthinking, you name it, I do it all. My sisters call it ‘Alejandralandia,’ and it used to worry me, “I’m weird because I’m not making connections and enjoying people’s company like everybody else.” Now, when I have had time to come to terms with myself, the thought of Alejandralandia doesn’t make me anxious; rather, it is empowering. Like you know what! There’s a place in my head, this whole realm of possibilities with infinite dimensions. They are made out of my thoughts, feelings, colors, vibes, and experiences, and above all, they are made out of light. This energetic landscape is what you see through my paintings. I stand before them and see a portal; I feel them moving deep within, alive and inviting me to explore more if I dare. Who else can say that?
