This particular piece has a special place in my heart. It won second place in a contest while I was in undergrad, won by my own merits without having to annoy my friends for a week to get them to vote for me. Also Jerry Saltz (one of the biggest art critics in the art world right now) happened to be visiting USF at that time and said he liked it (had a mini heart attack right there and then). It brings lots of happy memories whenever I see it and I hope it can bring many more to you in your home✨
